The Wells home is a Residential II group home with 5 individuals who have autism and some degree of developmental disability and intellectual impairment. Staff working with the individuals receive specialized training.
We have a sign on $2500 bonus and paid holidays with the potential of earning double time and a half when working the holiday!!!!

Residential Program Supervisor is responsible for the daily management, supervision and operation of the residential facility.
- An associate degree or a minimum of 48 credit hours is desired.
- Related work experience will be considered.
- Three years of management experience is desired, one year required.
- One year of experience working with the population to be served.
- Valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable for insurance purposes
- Acceptable criminal records check (FBI), meeting the Agencies definition of acceptable moral character.
