Private Duty Nurse LVN

• Providing compassionate homecare to pediatric patients with complex needs, such as feeding tubes, tracheostomy, and ventilators
• Administering medications and managing medical equipment
• Utilizing electronic documentation tools in patients' homes
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Current CPR certification and TB test within the past 12 months
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation required
