Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop care plans

• Collaborate with families for personalized care

• Coordinate nursing tasks and delegate duties

• Provide patient education on health maintenance

• Document nursing interventions and outcomes

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing

• Current registration with BCCNM

• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support

• Experience in high-acuity settings is preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare teams
