Fraser Health is hiring a Relief Part Time Registered Nurse for Renal Services at Tri-Cities Community Dialysis Unit, Eagle Ridge Hospital. Post-graduate Nephrology education is required, or applicants may indicate interest in pursuing specialty education. The position supports person-centered care through assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and inter-professional collaboration.

• Assess patients on admission and at regular intervals
• Plan, provide, and evaluate nursing interventions
• Coordinate care and contribute to discharge planning
• Teach patients and families self-care activities
• Document assessments, interventions, outcomes, and referrals

• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing
• Current Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM
• Two years recent related clinical nursing experience
• Post-graduate coursework or certification in the clinical area
• Ability to initiate and maintain intravenous therapy
