Health and Safety Advisor Oil and Gas

You will support health and safety initiatives, conduct thorough assessments, and provide coaching to minimize risks on-site. Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks

• Conduct regular worksite safety assessments

• Provide immediate coaching for unsafe practices

• Evaluate contractor workers' safety qualifications

• Assist in incident investigations and hazard identification

Requirements:

• 10+ years of safety experience in high-risk settings

• Recognized safety certification or relevant degree

• Strong knowledge of BC safety regulations

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
