The position develops selling cycles, aligns processes with sales goals, and structures new and used vehicle transactions. It also supports customer satisfaction and retention through consistent operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the dealership selling cycle
- Develop processes aligned with sales goals
- Structure transactions under regulations and guidelines
- Conduct daily check-ins and check-outs against metrics
- Commit to meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Minimum two years automotive sales management experience
- Valid VSA License and British Columbia Driver’s License
- Strong process adherence and management systems understanding
- Highly organized and detail-oriented work style
- Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and digital platforms
