Tri-Cities Public Health is seeking a Relief Full Time Administrative Clerk until September 30, 2026. This position enhances public health services through various administrative support tasks. You will engage with clients, maintain filing systems, and coordinate meetings, all while ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate multi-line switchboard and assist visitors
• Type correspondence and prepare reports
• Maintain and organize filing systems efficiently
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and documents
• Arrange meetings and manage room bookings
Requirements:
• Grade 12 and Office Administration Certificate
• Minimum one year of relevant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in office software and equipment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Contribute to public health initiatives through effective administrative support and client assistance at Tri-Cities Public Health in Port Moody.
