As a Service Advisor with Open Road, you will handle customer inquiries, document repair orders accurately, and communicate effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.

Your role will also involve monitoring service schedules and enhancing customer loyalty through exceptional service and communication, all while contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately document customer concerns and repair orders

• Schedule service appointments and manage loaner vehicles

• Review repairs with customers upon vehicle delivery

• Follow up on parts availability and resolve complaints

• Maintain organization of paperwork and reception area

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of automotive equipment

• Mandarin language skills are a considerable advantage

• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities

• Valid British Columbia driver's license with a clean record

• Proven customer satisfaction techniques and abilities
