In this role, you'll work a minimum of 18.75 hours across 3-5 days each week, focusing on understanding individual customer requirements. You will handle various bank transactions, provide insightful advice on financial products, and refer opportunities to colleagues. Your collaborative approach will help achieve desired customer experiences and support branch performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and determine their needs
• Offer solutions for banking services and transactions
• Recommend digital self-serve options to customers
• Collaborate with team members for effective service
• Report unresolved issues to branch management
Requirements:
• Fluent in English;
Farsi is a plus
• Post-secondary degree or certification preferred
• Ability to engage customers confidently
• Basic understanding of banking operations
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
