We are located in the heart of Port Moody and are looking for a passionate, hard-working Administrative Team Lead on a full-time basis.
The ideal for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently. SCHEDULE:
- Tuesday To Saturday 8:30 to 4:30 pm
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 2 years minimum of experience being a full-time Dental Administrator
- Experience with Tracker required.
- Experience with Accts receivable, Accts payable, Insurances cheques required
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Good Organization and time-management skills
