Keep residents’ homes and shared spaces clean, safe, and comfortable—supporting daily life with dignity and care.

Partner with residents and teams to maintain a welcoming environment.

• Clean resident suites and common areas; follow schedules and standards
• Uphold infection control and safety procedures
• Operate housekeeping equipment safely; maintain supplies
• Document tasks and report maintenance needs
• Assist with laundry/linens and occasional room turns

• Customer service mindset; attentive and respectful
• Detail orientation and consistent follow-through
• Safe equipment operation and organization
• Calm, flexible approach to changing priorities
• Clear communication with residents and teams

• Housekeeping in senior housing, hospitality, or multi-unit residential
• Customer service roles serving older adults
• Hands-on roles using checklists and documentation

• At least 18 years of age
• Current negative TB test; background check clearance
• Ability to lift/transfer up to 50 lbs with assistance
