Maintenance Planner at Pacific Coast Terminals

As a critical team member reporting to the Senior Manager of Maintenance and Engineering, you will coordinate maintenance activities for the company while ensuring compliance with all regulations. This role demands collaboration with Maintenance Managers and oversight of on-site maintenance crews. Your planning expertise will drive efficiency and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities effectively

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies

• Generate, execute, and close work orders

• Monitor field maintenance activities and provide updates

• Develop and maintain computerized maintenance software

Requirements:

• Mechanical or Electrical trade certificate preferred

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience

• Project management certification is a plus

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Effective communication and teamwork skills
