Position: Registered Nurse Surgical Services Role
Join Eagle Ridge Hospital's Surgical Daycare team as a Registered Nurse in Port Moody. This role requires acute nursing skills for pre and post-operative patient care.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality patient care. You’ll assess, plan, and implement nursing interventions for patients undergoing surgery while collaborating closely with healthcare teams and families. Your expertise will support the overall patient journey seamlessly from admission to discharge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and evaluate nursing interventions and patient care

• Monitor patient acuity and respond to emergency needs

• Assist physicians during therapeutic interventions

• Collaborate with families to develop care plans

• Participate in patient education and discharge planning

Requirements:

• Approved nursing degree with BCCNM registration

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience

• Proven ability to perform initial patient assessments

• Certification in specialized nursing areas preferred

• Proficient in communicating with diverse populations
