Outpatient Licensed Practical Nurse at Eagle Ridge

This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating care for patients in our outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience, alongside current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives. You will work within established protocols to ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and document patient care before, during, and after procedures

• Assist with patient admissions to consultation rooms

• Monitor patient conditions for safety and comfort

• Provide feedback to supervisors and physicians

• Participate in quality improvement and education sessions

Requirements:

• Current registration as an LPN with BCCNM

• One year experience in outpatient or minor surgical procedures

• Basic cardiac life support certification

• Strong communication and organizational skills
