Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and form nursing diagnoses

• Facilitate family involvement in care planning

• Coordinate and evaluate nursing interventions

• Collaborate with interprofessional team members

• Provide education on health maintenance and self-care

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing

• BCCNM active registration as a Registered Nurse

• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)

• Willingness to pursue specialty nursing education

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
