Fraser Health is hiring a Clinical Resource Nurse for Community Programs within home health services. You'll leverage your nursing skills to deliver high-quality education and support in the Tri-Cities. Collaborate with teams to refine processes, research best practices, and elevate the standards of care in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical consultations and leadership in nursing

• Assess and implement educational needs for staff

• Promote policies for effective patient care and outcomes

• Facilitate client self-care and health maintenance

• Engage in quality improvement and safety audits

Requirements:

• Active registration as an RN or RPN in BC

• Three years of relevant clinical experience

• Experience in an educational, leadership capacity

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle access

• Strong foundation in nursing theory and evidence-based practice
