Fraser Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join their Primary Care Clinic team. You will serve both attached and unattached vulnerable clients by conducting assessments, administering care, and facilitating smooth transitions within the healthcare system. Your expertise will help optimize recovery and promote health literacy through education and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care and assessments for clients

• Administer medications per physician orders

• Establish therapeutic relationships with clients

• Collaborate with healthcare providers for comprehensive care

• Develop shared client care plans with teams

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in British Columbia

• Minimum one year of clinical experience in acute or emergency care

• Valid BC driver's license and personal vehicle access

• Competency in diverse healthcare communication

• Strong assessment and nursing intervention skills
