Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor nursing staff with direct clinical guidance

Requirements:

• Current registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• Three years of acute care experience, ideally in Internal Medicine

• Demonstrated mentoring experience in a clinical setting

• Leadership training or equivalent experience

• Valid BC Driver’s License and vehicle access
