Our iMSR Clerk provides administrative support to the Member Service department through cash management for the Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). - Responsible for cassette maintenance for ITM machines
- Place orders for ITM machines and maintain adequate supplies
- Responsible for balancing vault and all vault maintenance
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Track and analyze ITM usage and complete various reports
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6‑month cash handling or customer service‑related experience
- Exhibits attention to detail and effective time management skills
- Dependable; punctual and regular attendance
- Ability to work well in a team environment and support the credit union’s mission and values

Hours:
Scheduled for 40‑hours per week Monday through Friday 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM, with rotating closing schedule Friday: 9:15 AM to 6:15 PM, rotating Saturdays 6:45 AM to 10:15 AM.
