ADDITIONAL

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6-months teller experience or customer service-related experience
• Exceptional verbal communication
• Ability to work well in a team environment and support the credit union’s mission and values
• Dependable; punctual and regular attendance

JOB SUMMARY:

• Processing member transactions, i.e. deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cashing checks, loan payments, etc.
• Responsible for end of day balancing
• Exhibits enthusiasm, passion and empathy to members while processing all transactions
• Delivers prompt professional and personalized virtual service to prospective and current members

Classification: Non-exempt

Hours: Scheduled for 40-hours per week between the hours of:
Monday through Friday 8:15AM to 5:15PM

* Requires Rotating Opening

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 6:45AM to 3:45PM

** Requires Rotating Closing schedule Friday: 9:15AM to 6:15PM
