We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This position requires a strong understanding of medical procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and triage to determine the urgency of care needed.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions.
• Participate in clinical trials by assisting with patient recruitment, data collection, and monitoring.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to assist in diagnosing and treating patients effectively.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records using eClinical
  
  Works and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide hospital medicine services, including managing inpatient care and coordinating with specialists.
• Manage data related to patient outcomes and treatment efficacy to improve overall care delivery.
• Support nursing home visits as needed, ensuring continuity of care for residents.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies or a related field.
• Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Prior experience in triage, medication administration, or clinical trials is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various medical systems.
• Familiarity with eClinical
  
  Works or similar electronic health record systems is advantageous.
• Previous experience in hospital medicine or nursing home settings is a plus.
