In accordance with the Mission and Cornerstone Behaviors, the Nurse Manager, under the direction of the Department Director, plans, organizes, staffs and directs patient care on a daily operational basis in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act. Functions within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the Organization.o
Education:
Graduate from school of nursing; BSN requiredo
Licensure/Certification :
Current license to practice in the State of Floridao
Experience:
Minimum of two year’s recent and relevant clinical experience requiredo Effective Communication Skillso Evidence of effective leadership and management abilities/potentialo BLS healthcare provider training requiredo Professional Certification Prefer redo ACLS healthcare provider training, if applicable (i.e. Emergency Department, ICU)
