Overview

ARBY'S - TEAM MEMBER at KBP Inspired. We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Arby’s team at our KBP Inspired franchise location. If you’re a team player who is excited about crafting exceptional experiences for guests, we’d love to have you as part of our team.

• Provide friendly guest service and assist with daily restaurant operations.
• Follow safety, food handling, and sanitation standards; maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Support team members to ensure a fast, accurate, and enjoyable guest experience.

• Experience is not required; bonus points for customer service, cashier, cooking, food handling, basic math, drive-thru, safety standards, and fast-food experience
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects; stand and walk for entire shifts; safely maneuver in compact spaces and operate restaurant equipment

Compensation varies by skills, experience, location, and factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. Starting ranges may differ by state.
