Join Port Orchard Point S Tire & Auto Services as a Sales Advisor, where you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. This exciting role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional service and expert advice in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

• Assist customers in selecting the right tires and automotive services based on their needs.
• Provide knowledge on tire features, benefits, and maintenance to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain an organized and clean sales area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to better serve customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Promote special offers and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.

• Previous experience in retail sales or automotive service is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Monday–Saturday availability required (one weekday off)
