We specialize in footings, stem walls, slabs, driveways, patios, dirt work, and walkways. We are currently looking for a hard-working, dependable crew member to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Formwork & Site Prep: Help lay out, build, brace, and strip forms for both foundations and flatwork. Place rebar and prepare job sites for pours.
• Concrete Operations: Assist with placing, screeding, finishing, and curing concrete.
• Site Management & Safety: Load/unload tools and materials, keep job sites clean and organized, complete post-pour cleanup, and follow safe work protocols under lead supervision.

Key Requirements

• Work Ethic & Reliability: Punctual, hard-working, detail-oriented, and proud of doing quality work.
• Experience: Previous concrete or general construction experience preferred.
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to changing job sites throughout the region.
• Physical Demands: Ability to perform heavy physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
