Salary: $29.00 per hour
Hours: 1 to 2 hours per day, not to exceed 8 hours with current position total
Days per Year: Varies; 1-4 days per week though the school day

Responsibilities- Provide after-school academic support for interested Native students in ELA and Math.
- Work with students in their own building, meeting for two hours per week on days determined by the Para educator and family.
- Maintain and enhance a sense of belonging and success for traditionally marginalized populations.
- Cultivate inclusive and equitable relationships with students, families, staff, and community members.
- Demonstrate understanding of and celebrate diverse cultures; promote an inclusive learning environment.
- School experience
- Ability to work with SKSD staff and communicate effectively
- Demonstrated teamwork, customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division);
Pre-Algebra and Algebra knowledge - Ability to work independently and follow district policies and professional expectations
- Commitment to a safe, harassment-free learning environment
