Exciting opportunities are available for individuals with a passion for supporting students and facilitating virtual learning experiences. Several openings exist for paraprofessional facilitators to assist Virtual Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in an engaging educational setting. Contract roles are available now through June 17, 2027, with flexible assignments that can be tailored to create full-time schedules as needed.

Multiple positions are open across high school and elementary settings, ranging from two to five days per week. As a facilitator, youll help provide seamless support for virtual SLP sessions, enhancing each students access to vital resources and services.

• Assist Virtual SLPs in organizing and facilitating virtual therapy sessions
• Support students in accessing and participating in online speech-language sessions
• Provide on-site supervision and encouragement for learners during SLP appointments
• Maintain accurate session records and complete related reporting requirements
• Communicate effectively with school staff and SLPs to coordinate schedules and address student needs

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or a strong desire to work in a school support role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to evolving digital learning tools
• Must have completed fingerprinting through OSPI or be willing to complete this requirement
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to the duration of the contract

Assignments available range from part-time to full-time hours across multiple schools in the area. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $36/hr.
