School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Port Orchard, WA | 2025–2026 School Year

Come work with a local, woman- and therapist-founded and run company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time or part-time school-based positions in Port Orchard
, WA for the rest of the 2025–2026 school year. Whether you are a CF-SLP or a seasoned provider, we would love to hear from you.

• In-person, school-based role
• Full-time position; K-12 caseload; 1.0 FTE 37.5 hours per week
• ASAP through the end of the year, with potential to continue for next school year
• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy
• Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation
• Collaborate with school special education teams

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain)
• Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate
• Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply – we provide mentorship and assist with supervision
