Position Summary

The Guest Group Assistant will lead and assist in leading activities for guest groups, including but not limited to: archery, paintball, arts and crafts, and rodeos. Will accomplish all parts of each activity including setup, leading the activity, clean-up, and certain minor maintenance.

Essential Functions

• Lead program activities for guests.
• Prepare and setup activities.
• Clean up and store materials.
• Maintain equipment and materials as needed.
• Work collaboratively with supervisor, coworkers, campers and parents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Is a committed Christian who is dedicated to continued spiritual growth and development as evidenced through a growing personal walk with God (e.g. daily spiritual rhythms of prayer, fellowship, Bible study, etc.).

  2019s will in their own lives and in their ministry at CRISTA.
• Engages our ministry including staff and colleagues through prayer, participation in spiritual practices, leading devotionals and other spiritual practices.
• Affirms, aligns with and supports CRISTAu

• Conducts themselves in a manner which reflects well on CRISTA Ministries and aligns with its mission, vision, Statement of Faith and Community Representative Commitment (CCC).

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• One year working/volunteering with youth.

Other Considerations

• Able to work collaboratively with supervisor, coworkers, campers and parents.

Preferred Qualifications Education

• Some College

Experience

• Work/volunteer in ministry setting.

Licensure / Certification

• American Red Cross First Aid/CPR Certification.
