We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk/Member Services associate to join our team. As a Front Desk associate you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from first check in. Your positive attitude, organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment.

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with a warm and friendly welcome providing exceptional customer service

• Check guests in, ensuring correct forms are used and accurate information is obtained

• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have while visiting the facility

• Handle credit card transactions accurately, collecting payments

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

• Monitoring facility to ensure that it is kept clean and organized as well as ensuring all equipment is being used respectfully

• Contribute to sales of all products and apparel

• Take guests of tour of the facility

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Computer literacy

• Able to lift 50lbs or more
