This position requires on-site presence at one of our campus locations.

• Conducting personalized, high‑conversion family tours that communicate Alpha's three commitments and build confidence in our educational model.
• Executing and managing proactive outreach strategies with prospective families to advance them through the admissions pipeline.
• Implementing strict safety and safeguarding standards to maintain a demonstrably secure environment for students and families.
• Supervising all facilities management functions, including preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, and repair management.
• Regularly analyzing data to optimize processes and enhance both operational performance and enrollment results.

• Being limited to a single, monotonous administrative function or isolated department.
• Operating under inflexible, hierarchical micromanagement that limits your autonomy.
• Dealing with bureaucratic obstacles that impede meaningful advancement.
• Concentrating solely on documentation, removed from the students and families you support.

• Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
• 1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
• Experience working with children/students
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self‑management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Must be available to work in person in Palm Beach, FL;

  Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD per hour, which equates to $75,000 USD per year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
