Develop lesson plans consistent with established guidelines. Establish effective rapport with students, staff members, and parents.

• Plan and implement a program of instruction aligned with company philosophy, goals, and objectives.
• Develop purposeful lesson plans that maximize learning time.
• Present subject matter with real-world, application-based examples.
• Maintain accurate student records and perform frequent diagnostic assessments.
• Provide differentiated instruction and skilled progress reporting.
• Coordinate field trips and prepare students for state assessments.
• Assist in curriculum revision and instructional material selection.
• Create a positive, safe classroom environment and enforce conduct policies.
• Communicate effectively with parents and community stakeholders.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and staff meetings as required.

• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SIS, and email.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and quality education.

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) from an accredited college or university (or equivalent).
• Valid teaching certification appropriate to the state.
• 1–3 years of successful teaching experience (including internship).
• Knowledge of grade‑level content and learning theory.
• Successful criminal and employment background check.
• Adherence to the Code of Ethics for the Education Profession.
• Ability to meet the described physical demands.

• Usual school working conditions.

• Light work; no physical exertion required.
• May be somewhat stressful due to frequent student activity.
