Make a meaningful impact on student success while advancing your career as a dedicated School Psychologist. In this contract position, you'll work with Pre-K through 8th grade students, supporting diverse learners and collaborating closely with educators and families. The assignment runs from late September through early June, rewarding you with the opportunity to see your positive influence over the school year.

In this engaging role, youll apply your expertise in assessment, counseling, and intervention to help foster a nurturing educational environment. Youll be based on-site, serving one or more schools as assigned. A quick interview process means qualified candidates can secure their position immediately candidates must be able to interview as soon as possible.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Florida Department of Health School Psychologist license
  • Prior experience with Pre-K through 8th grade students preferred
  • Ability to complete district credentialing requirements, including district-specific fingerprinting and on-site badging
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and collaborative problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator with students, families, and school staff
  • Flexibility to work across multiple campuses as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psycho educational assessments
  • Collaborate with school teams to develop and monitor individualized educational plans
  • Provide consultation and support for behavioral and academic interventions
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Deliver crisis intervention and support services as necessary
  • Document services and maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards
