A privately held, high-growth consumer products / ecommerce organization is seeking a senior finance leader to join its leadership team. This is a hands‑on, operational finance role with a path to a future CFO position.
The role partners closely with executive leadership and operational teams, supporting a scaling business with strong revenue growth and increasing complexity across inventory, logistics, and multi-entity operations.
What You’ll Do- Lead accounting and finance operations in a fast-growing, inventory-driven business
- Partner cross‑functionally with sales, inventory, logistics, and operations teams
- Support financial reporting, cash flow management, and operational analysis
- Scale systems, processes, and internal controls as the organization grows
Lead and develop a tenured accounting team - Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and growth planning
- Reports directly to the CFO
- High visibility to ownership and senior leadership
- Leads accounting functions including AP, AR/chargebacks, and sales order processing
- Organization partners with external HR/PEO resources
- ERP-based environment (experience beyond Quick Books strongly preferred)
- Ecommerce-heavy, operationally focused finance function
- Senior‑level accounting or finance leadership experience
- Background in ecommerce, consumer products, retail, or inventory‑intensive businesses strongly preferred
- ERP experience required
- CPA preferred
- Comfortable in a hands‑on, growth‑stage environment
- Executive presence with the ability to partner closely with ownership
