• Exhibit consistent relationship building, including preparing for customer interactions, building rapport, using open and closed‑ended questions to understand financial goals, matching customer needs to Seacoast Bank products, confidently explaining products and services.
• Proven ability to create and enhance relationships, ask for referrals, exhibit good listening skills and persuasive communication, respond promptly to customer needs.
• Seek appropriate assistance for complex matters, balance business needs with customer requests while managing risk, embrace new technology and stay current with industry changes.
• Participate in community, charitable or civic events, exhibit strong work ethics and teamwork, develop understanding of consumer deposit/lending products, outbound calling, referral opportunities, and customer‑facing technology.
• Process checks, cash, and negotiable instrument transactions adhering to bank policies; ensure AML/BSA compliance, audit procedures, dual control, security and Business Continuity; help remediate audit deficiencies.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally, balance cash drawer, follow management instructions, adhere to Code of Conduct and safety procedures, may be assigned vault responsibilities.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months cash handling experience required.
• Minimum 6 months retail sales and/or financial services experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule to work during hours of operations, including weekends and occasional non‑bank operational hours.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise initiative.
• PC proficiency on Desktop, Laptop, Tablet and Smartphone;
  Microsoft Office Suite.
