Key Responsibilities
Perform facials and a range of esthetic treatments based on company protocols
Recommend skincare products and services that support client goals
Keep treatment rooms organized, clean, and safe
Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures
Provide excellent client care and work efficiently with the team
Active esthetician license with physical card present
Strong knowledge of skincare techniques and product usage
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Cooperative, team-first attitude
Weekend availability required
Must follow required uniform standards
$19/hour base pay + commission + tips
Two weeks of paid training
