Care Delivery

• Provide top-quality care to Accord Care clients following the Plan of Care
• Assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and daily tasks
• Perform basic health care services including vital signs and medication administration
• Support with light housekeeping
• Drive/escort clients safely to appointments and activities

Requirements

• CNA and/or HHA Certification (as applicable)
  required
• CPR Certification (online courses not accepted)
• TB Test or Chest X‑ray within last six months
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
