Plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational ERP systems by analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, assisting in the design and configuration of ERP solutions, and supporting testing activities to ensure system functionality.
Acts as a liaison between technical teams and business users to maintain alignment and facilitates end-user training and support. Monitors system performance, recommending enhancements, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of ERP processes and changes.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational ERP systems by analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Assists in design and configuration of ERP solutions.
- Supports testing activities to ensure system functionality.
- Acts as liaison between technical teams and business users.
- Facilitates end-user training and support.
- Monitors system performance and recommends enhancements.
- Maintains comprehensive documentation of ERP processes and changes.
- 1+ year of experience supporting ERP system implementation and maintenance
- Basic understanding of business process analysis and ERP system configuration
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to support system testing and provide end-user training
- Familiarity with ERP platforms and system performance monitoring
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred - Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience supporting People Soft HR, Financial, and Supply Chain applications preferred
Preferred experience with People Soft applications, including system configuration, support, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance.
