The Desktop Support Analyst’s Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide Tier II technical support. Assists Tier III support as needed.
- Assists the Systems Administrator/Engineer with the deployment of system and security patches in a timely and complete manner.
- Assists the Network Administrator/Engineer with network tasks such as equipment installation/maintenance and 1 st line troubleshooting.
- Performs addition, removal, changes to users within systems in a timely and complete manner.
- Leads the onboard / off-board process.
- Provides maintenance and support of the Bank’s systems, including Office 365, NuPoint, Active Directory, etc.
- Install hardware and software on desktop and laptop machines and respond to requests of medium to high complexity escalated from the Tier I help desk.
- Support and diagnose/troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktop and laptop computers as well as thin clients.
- Leverage remote connection and installation tools to efficiently resolve problems across the Bank’s network.
- Upgrade desktop hardware, including RAM/Hard Drives/Video/Cam to name a few
- Build and maintain the corporate PC images.
- Re-image machines with Windows 11 and setup computers with all core banking applications. Image / re-image computers from standardized base image and business unit application profile.
- Assist the Systems Administrator/Engineer in the creation of Active Directory user and e-mail accounts.
- Perform data migrations and assist in data restorations.
- Create and maintain support documentation for the IT team based on fixes identified during troubleshooting. Incorporate installation guides for software and PC builds.
- Maintain and current inventory of all hardware and software.
- Lead desktop and software upgrade projects.
- Setup Wireless handheld devices such as iPad / iPhone / Android
- Assist the Systems Administrator/Engineer with application, systems and hardware support
- Assist the Network Administrator/Engineer with network hardware support

Working ConditionsThis position is performed in a regular office work environment at our Maitland office. Out of state candidates will not be considered. Able to work flexible schedules, including weekend hours. Requires some physical activity in the maintenance of facilities and corporate office. Able to lift 50 lbs. Able to carry computer components to deploy and connect desktops and laptops. Work will mainly be performed at the Maitland location;
Flexibility with work location and hours may be granted if circumstances permit.
Must be willing to travel to various locations (up to 30%).
Qualifications Summary Education- Associate Degree in IT or Computer Studies, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
- Network + COMPTIA Class completion
- 5-7 years Microsoft Active Directory, print servers, Exchange and file servers.
- Excellent time management skills are needed to multi-task work quickly and balance multiple tasks at once while maintaining service level agreements with business units
- 5-7 years IT hardware/software support experience.
