• Competitive Compensation – targeted 1st year annual compensation of $55,011 (hourly rate of $21.59 plus applicable overtime, average 46‑hour week).

As a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the–scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

In a hands‑on learning environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish relationships essential to building your own business.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant/bar, hospitality.
• Minimum 6 months experience in Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, community, social, academic organizations.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug related convictions on driving record in the last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
