Service Manager

We are seeking a Service Manager in our Stuart, FL office to oversee the commercial door service department. The manager will schedule, dispatch, manage projects, and control labor costs to meet customer commitments.

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the commercial door service department
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure proper execution
• Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments in a cost‑effective manner
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, below budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer
• Review monthly financial/operational reports and work with front‑line managers to develop action plans for improvement
• Improve individual performance of the field force through daily, monthly, and yearly performance reviews
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing new employees
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of two (2) years of experience managing personnel, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Communicate effectively with customers to consistently exceed satisfaction expectations
• Review customer survey data and respond to concerns
• Possess technical knowledge of applications and mechanical systems
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
