Machine Operators (2nd and 3rd Shift) – Port St. Lucie, Florida

Join Accel International Holdings as a Machine Operator in our new facility. We’re looking for experienced, skilled operators with a “can‑do” attitude to set up, maintain, and operate machinery.

• 2nd Shift: 4 pm – 12 am
• 3rd Shift: 12 am – 8 am

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed)
• Feed raw material into machines
• Test operation of machines periodically
• Fix issues that may occur during the shift
• Check output for machine‑related mistakes or flaws

Competitive pay: $24–$32 per hour, depending on experience and skills. Average annual bonus of $10,000.

• 3‑5 years of proven experience operating machinery
• Understanding of production procedures
• Longevity in previous positions, no gaps or job‑hopping
• Mechanical and analytical skills
• Positive attitude
• Excellent attendance
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
• High‑school diploma or GED required
• Basic math knowledge

• Wear safety shoes (steel toe), eyeglasses, ear protection
• Complete company ear‑testing surveillance
• Handle sharp tooling such as scissors, cutters, knives, and wire handling
• Lift up to 50 lbs; stand for long periods
• Push, pull, bend, twist, reach as needed
