Alto Healthcare Staffing is seeking a BSN-prepared OB Simulation Nurse Educator for a part‑time, 12‑week contract with the potential to transition into a permanent faculty role. This role focuses on facilitating obstetric simulation scenarios and student debriefs to help nursing students develop OB‑specific skills and clinical confidence.
What you’ll do:- Facilitate OB-focused simulation scenarios aligned with course objectives
- Prepare, run, and debrief simulation activities for nursing students
- Guide students through skills practice and clinical decision‑making in a simulation environment
- Evaluate student performance during simulations and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with faculty to ensure simulations align with curriculum goals
- Maintain compliance with program, regulatory, and simulation standards
- Support a positive, student‑centered learning environment
- BSN required (MSN candidates will also be considered)
- Active, unencumbered RN license (Florida or multistate)
- OB clinical nursing experience required
- Prior simulation facilitation experience required
- Teaching, clinical instruction, or precepting experience preferred
- Strong communication and student engagement skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Current CPR and required immunizations
