As a Licensed Practical Nurse on our per diem team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Our per diem staff are vital to ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention at all times. As a per diem nurse, you will work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, providing skilled nursing care to our residents.

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment

• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
