LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Evening Shift

As a member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and improving the lives of our residents. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening shift team.

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and progress

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes

• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred

• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care, sub-acute care, or rehabilitation settings; experience with geriatric population preferred
