We seek individuals passionate about Guest service and providing a great Team Member experience. Successful restaurant managers (RM) typically have over 2 years of experience as shift managers or assistant restaurant managers (AM) in quick service restaurants.

The manager assists the Operating Director in providing direction, training, and ensuring that Guests' expectations are exceeded, Team Members are treated fairly and with respect, and each shift meets its business goals.

A PDQ Manager:

• Has excellent people and Guest service skills
• Is fully proficient in all aspects of the kitchen
• Manages both Front and Heart of the House operations
• Focuses relentlessly on quality, ensuring standards are met or exceeded
• Handles all product ordering and receiving
• Schedules and runs efficient shifts of Team Members
• Can read, interpret, and positively impact P&L statements
• Operates the business in accordance with strict PDQ standards
• Cultivates a diverse, safe, and harassment-free culture for Team Members
• Coaches and mentors Team Members, recognizing and rewarding performance and effort
