• Prepare and cook menu items to Applebee's standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff.
• Work efficiently in a fast‐paced kitchen.

• At least 18 years old.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to making an impact and delivering quality service.

• Remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours.
• Safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work frequently in a hot and damp environment.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Possession of finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment.
• Wear protective hand coverings throughout the shift.
• Work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.
• Wear protective face coverings/masks throughout the shift.
• Wash hands with disinfecting soap repeatedly during the shift.
