The base pay range is $18.00/hr - $25.00/hr

• Be a Team Member – collaborates with team members to fulfil sales and service requests, educates other associates on tools and tasks, mentors new technicians, and communicates to deliver safe and efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert – demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, tire pressure monitoring systems, product specifications, and seasonality. Knowledge of Point of Sale systems, phone and in‑person selling techniques.
• Be a Techie – leverages digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement. Uses handheld technology and systems for immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, and training.
• Be an Owner – communicates equipment, tools, and supplies needs to TBC Lead, tracks and monitors returns and special orders, operates cash registers, processes transactions, maintains accurate inventory audit, and reports safety and compliance standards. Completes paperwork, logs, and other required documentation.
• Interact with members – assists members with purchasing decisions, resolves issues, and models high‑quality service and products. Supports a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented work culture.
• Adhere to company policies – completes work assignments, collaborates with managers and coworkers, and recommends improvements. Demonstrates integrity and supports Walmart’s regenerative goals.
• Serve customers and members – delivers results, balances short and long‑term priorities, and considers the impact on team performance and stakeholder value.
• Strive for excellence – displays curiosity, takes calculated risks, drives continuous improvement, and embraces new technologies.

• Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
• 18 years of age or older.

• Auto service industry or retail experience.
