Assistant Manager
Drive sales, services and customer engagement in the store and ensure the store is ready for business. Establish customer relationships that build loyalty, provide total solutions to meet customers’ needs and grow the business. Guide a team in being positive, inclusive, and collaborative while helping customers achieve their goals. Hiring immediately.

- Develop a high-performing team focused on providing an exceptional store experience, consultative selling, driving conversions, and providing total solutions
- Coach, train, and role play to develop team
- Attain sales and services goals, profit margin, and execution of store operations
- Establish business cadence for sales readiness
- Provide direction daily for merchandising opportunities within the store
- Delegate operational tasks in partnership with the GM
- Share responsibility for total store operations, cost control, and act as Floor Leader
- Champion company initiatives, adapting to change and responsibilities
- 2+ years managing a sales team in a retail or services industry
- Experience managing and coaching a team in a customer-centric, solutions-based environment
- Ability to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs
- Strong communication, organization, planning, and adaptability to changing business priorities
- Review results against business goals and strategies to deliver plans for growth and improvement
- Manage conflict in a nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
- Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- Work cooperatively in a high‑paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Ability to lift/move materials 10–50 pounds, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
- Experience using financial metrics to track sales progress to drive profitable sales and margins
- Ability to network and engage with the community
