Your goal is to map Hallmark’s gift‑givers with the right products. Work independently to showcase organization, time‑management, and retailer‑relationship skills while being the face of Hallmark at grocery, drug, department and mass retailers.

Collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations. Occasionally work with items from other companies in the same stores.

• Starting pay: $14.00–$16.00 hourly, depending on skills and experience.
• Eligible for annual pay increases.
• Part‑time position with a variable schedule.
• Average weekly hours: 13–15 hours per week.
• Availability required the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Use a mobile device to restock, organizeoloa, and monitor Hallmark inventory, including communication with supervisors and reporting. Professional, courteous interaction with store employeesessage, management, and customers is essential.
• Holiday support:
  Provide additional hours for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. May be required to work on the actual holiday or during weekend/after hours.
• Department resets:
  Participate in installations, relocating card departments, building fixtures, and resetting sections. Typically notified two weeks in advance; may involve evening or weekend work.
• One‑Team Vision:
  Act as a networked merchandiser and support team members in adjacent territories when needed.

This is physically demanding: push, pull, lift and carry cartons or fixtures up to 30 lbs, up to 50 lbs occasionally. Must kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs, and use step ladders.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Proficient reading, writing, and understanding of English.
• Capability to lift 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Proficiency with handheld digital devices to read documents and interpret information.
• Consistent access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores as scheduled.
